I was licensed in 2004 in the Raleigh NC area. I immediately began my Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker/ HPW in the Garner Office. I worked in Sales, Listings and Relocation. After 2 years, I was asked to be assistant office manager working directly with the Broker-in-Charge. I recruited and trained new agents along with working with Buyers and Sellers. I was top listing agent and selling agent for many months. Also, working directly with mortgage offices to find my buyers the best rate possible. In 2007 I relocated to Ocracoke Island and became broker-in-charge of Island & Sea Realty. I began learning Property Management along with Sales and Listings. My background doing BPO's, CMA's, and Field Inspection work for a large Servicing Company has continued to keep me updated on the local markets and changing enviroment of the Real Estate on the Outher Banks. I earned my GRI designation in 2006 and have just finished my SFR (short sale/foreclosure) designation in February 2010.
